The Cold Door Hero

Summary

Li Yan Qing and his companions encounter three arrogant young men from powerful families who are lewdly fixated on Zhao Fu Jin. After a tense confrontation, Li Yan Qing retaliates violently, injuring one of the young men. Hu Qing Er demonstrates her lethal skills by killing several henchmen, prompting the remaining young men to retreat but vowing revenge. The tea shed owner warns Li Yan Qing about the consequences of their actions. As they leave, Li Yan Qing's guards arrive, and upon reaching the city, they are confronted by over a hundred family retainers seeking retribution. However, Li Yan Qing's elite guards intimidate the retainers, who realize the gravity of their situation. The retainers attempt to flee, but Li Yan Qing orders them captured. Ultimately, he spares their lives but commands that they each have a leg broken as punishment before heading back into the city.
