Summary

Ning Wu Li orders his troops to cross the swollen Liao Shui river despite the dangers. As soldiers board the rafts, many capsized due to the fierce current, leading to chaos and panic. Luo Shi Xin, observing from the forest, decides to attack, taking advantage of the Goguryeo army's disarray. After a fierce battle, Ning Wu Li is killed by Luo Shi Xin, resulting in a significant loss for the Goguryeo soldiers, with many fleeing or surrendering. Later, Zhang Xuan meets with Tu Di Qi of the Sumo Mohe, expressing gratitude for their contributions in recent conquests. Tu Di Qi offers additional troops, and Zhang Xuan plans to use the Mohe warriors to further weaken Goguryeo while maintaining a balance of power. Du Ru Hui warns Zhang Xuan to be cautious of Tu Di Qi's ambitions.
