Summary

Bai Xiao Chun, excited about a new village he discovered, instructs Zhao Long to fetch a map. He identifies a small valley near the Great Wall as the location of a Soul Horn Beast, which he believes needs to be eliminated for military merit. Despite Zhao Long's skepticism about the valley's suitability for such a beast, Bai Xiao Chun insists on issuing the task with an outrageous reward of one hundred million military merits. The task is later revised to one million by Bai Lin, who feels it is still substantial.
