Summary

Bai Xiao Chun, feeling despondent about his inability to become a commander of ten thousand, witnesses cultivators offering vengeful souls to a giant eye, realizing he can also gain battle merit by doing so. However, he is troubled by the dwindling number of souls available due to reduced wars.
