Summary

Shi Mu and Zhong Xiu are trying to escape to the Yunxia Mountain Range, hoping to evade the pursuing Jin family. Shi Mu acknowledges their head start but is concerned about the Jin family's superior spirit steeds. As they travel, a black carriage from the Jin family, led by Jin Wu and two knights, sets off in pursuit, utilizing their fast Chasing Flame Steeds. Meanwhile, the Wu family, led by Wu Tong, also seeks to intercept Shi Mu, believing they can reach him before the Jin family due to their swift Qingfeng steeds. As night falls, Shi Mu's horses tire, prompting him to rest in a nearby grove. However, they soon hear the approaching Jin knights, realizing they are close behind. In a panic, Shi Mu grabs Zhong Xiu and flees into the grove as the pursuers close in.
