Summary

Jing Bei Mu returns to the inn after sensing a lack of educational reforms in Ying He Bu Luo and feeling followed, indicating suspicion about his presence. The next morning, he receives organized documents for inspection and plans an on-site review of governance in three houses. The great lord of Ying He Bu Luo agrees to the inspection and instructs preparations for Jing Bei Mu's visit. During a banquet at the great lord's palace, Jing Bei Mu follows court protocol but faces awkwardness due to differing customs. After a series of toasts, he manages to keep his attendants from overindulging while discussing court matters, leading to a tense atmosphere. The banquet concludes with the Li Bin Chang escorting the intoxicated officials back to the inn.
