Summary

Dayu informed the Grand Minister of Heaven, Shangguan, to take over the Yi Di Palace's defense and restructure the Inner Court after Yi Di's departure. The Inner Court's Langwei Bureau was renamed Guanglu Bureau, now under the Summer Official Military Department, effectively placing Yi Di under house arrest.
