Summary

Shen Jiao wakes up to find Han Qi Xiu by her side and learns that her grandfather and others are being questioned about the disappearance of Zhao Si and Gu Chen, who may have encountered a wolf pack. Shen Jiao feels guilty for her calmness upon hearing the news, realizing it was inappropriate given the circumstances. As she expresses her concern, Han Qi Xiu playfully challenges her, revealing that Zhao Si's real name is Zhao Guang Hua, a notorious figure from the past. Han Qi Xiu insists that Shen Jiao must not hide anything from him. Later, a short-haired woman questions Shen Jiao about her relationship with her fourth uncle and Zhao Si. Shen Jiao pretends to be distressed about their fate, crying about their supposed demise at the hands of wolves, which convinces the woman of her sincerity.
