Summary

A man named Du Weng falls asleep under a wall and dreams of being taken to a government office where he meets his old friend Zhang. In the dream, Zhang warns him not to wander off. Du encounters beautiful women and follows them to a tavern, where he mysteriously transforms into a pig. After hearing someone mention a pig's seizure, he returns to human form. Upon waking, he discovers a pig at the Wang family's place had actually died by bumping into something, making his dream seem strangely prophetic.
