Summary

Xu Liao, concerned about the demonization virus, inquired about its transmission and symptoms. As food was distributed at the military camp, Xu Liao, hungry and determined, seized two portions. He decided to enlist in the military to regain his strength, impressing Captain Laurence with his calmness and resolve. After receiving a rifle, Xu Liao joined a patrol team tasked with searching for survivors. During the patrol, he fought with a team member to create a diversion and searched a grocery store, only to find it overrun by demonized zombies and no sign of his companions, raising his concerns about their safety.
