Summary

In a village on the edge of the Sahara Desert, ominous signs of death loom as the Village Chief forbids anyone from leaving due to a divine punishment witnessed the previous night. A young man arrives in a military jeep with an injured woman, seeking help. The Chief, recognizing the young man’s origins, offers assistance. However, the village lacks medical supplies, and the Chief mentions a distant oasis with healing cacti, guarded by mystical beings. The young man, undeterred, ventures to the oasis at night, using beads to distract snakes while he stealthily approaches the cacti to retrieve them for the injured woman.
