Summary

Lord Pingyu, Xiong Hu, leads his vanguard troops across the Yan Shui River, anticipating the capture of Yan Ling after previous victories against the Wei Kingdom. However, a scout reports that the Wei are burning Yan Ling City to prevent capture. General Shen Kang, pursuing Wei soldiers, plans to take An Ling by force, believing he can threaten the city with fleeing Wei citizens. Meanwhile, Zhao Hong Run leads the Wei soldiers in a desperate flight, motivating them to outrun the Chu army. As the Chu army closes in, they fall into an ambush set by the Xun Shui Camp, led by General Bai Li Ba, resulting in a surprise attack that overwhelms the exhausted Chu soldiers.
