Summary

In Liangzhou, Zhangye, Yang Qian Wan leads a massive army of 150,000 Qiang Di rebels, having destroyed surrounding villages to instill fear in the citizens. However, the people of Zhangye, well-fed and secure, are not intimidated, as Zhang Ji has already taken measures to protect them.
