Summary

In early winter, Yukino's anger grows as she reflects on her past as a tyrant. Nagayama Yuuzuru casually inquires about her sister, Xue Li, leading to him offering help with household repairs. Their banter reveals Yukino's frustration over unwanted attention as a widow, but Yuuzuru remains unfazed by her icy responses. After fixing the appliance, he hands her his business card and declines her breakfast invitation, leaving Yukino feeling conflicted about his harsh demeanor masking a warm heart. Later, she speaks with her sister, who warns her about Yuuzuru's intentions, but Yukino defends him. Meanwhile, Yuuzuru encounters a hacker with a mysterious box and continues his work, heading to interview the legendary actress Yue Ying Chiyoko. As they arrive, the photographer, Kurosawa, is excited but disheartened to find the once-gorgeous actress now appears ordinary. They meet Yue Ying, who retains an aura of grace despite her age. During the interview, she reminisces about a past engagement to Miyano Run, revealing her search for someone else. Yuuzuru presents her with an old key, stirring emotions as she recognizes it as something precious from her past.
