Summary

Little Hong Lian, sensing her master's presence, envelops Mei Lun in a crimson mist, devouring surrounding shadow monsters. She meets Spike, who helps secure Mei Lun with ribbons of blood light before she retreats into the Azure Ring. Mei Lun awakens, disoriented but gradually regains his senses and learns of Hong Lian's significant evolution to Tier 3. He realizes that her status as a "World Enemy" poses risks, especially if the Blood Sea invades. Mei Lun contemplates the upcoming Level 3 settlement and the dangers it entails, considering the use of a "Destiny Pointer" gifted by Sir Wright. The pointer reveals visions of a city named Mei Lun, urging him to act quickly to seize his destiny. Mei Lun and Spike set off towards the city, stopping at a village before arriving at the town of Jiadou, where they clean up and prepare for their next steps.
