Summary

Pei Zi Yun left An Bei Qing Ming's place as evening fell, with the moon rising over a snowy landscape. He noted the weakened barrier around Heian-kyo, a city once thought impervious to evil due to its feng shui. As he walked, he encountered a beautiful woman in a kimono who revealed her ghostly nature. She attempted to seduce him but was attacked by her clone. Pei Zi Yun, wielding divine flames, incinerated the clones, revealing the woman's resentment and despair. As she faced her demise, she expressed hatred towards him, claiming he had broken a promise. In her final moments, she appeared to recognize him as someone she had long awaited, before fading into darkness.
