Summary

Sun Wukong, having broken free, declares his intent to demonstrate his power to Tang San, but ends up being repeatedly smashed into the ground, realizing the monk's strength. Despite his pride in the Golden Hoop Rod, he feels humiliated when Tang San dismisses it for a bamboo staff of greater significance. Acknowledging his defeat, Sun Wukong vows to follow Tang San, solidifying their master-disciple bond. As they prepare for their journey, Tang San requests Sun Wukong to fetch provisions and riches from the Eastern Sea Dragon King, humorously challenging Sun Wukong's perception of a monk's lifestyle. With reassurances, Sun Wukong rushes off to fulfill his master's wishes.
