Summary

Shi Mu undergoes a transformation, resulting in his external avatar breaking through to the early stage of the Earth level after a day and night of gathering demonic energy. The avatar, now resembling Shi Mu in height and features but with eerie purple patterns, begins to absorb demonic energy at an increased rate. However, it soon becomes apparent that the avatar can no longer enhance its cultivation through this energy. Shi Mu decides to explore the depths of the demonic energy, discovering a crack from which powerful demonic energy spills and finding Yan Luo performing a secret technique to absorb it. After two days, Yan Luo attempts to break through to the Saint level but fails, leading to a powerful explosion of magical energy. Despite her failure, she reassures Shi Mu that she is fine. They discuss the nature of the spatial crack and its connection to the Black Demon Star Domain. Yan Luo reveals that the avatar can no longer absorb demonic energy for enhancement and provides it with a set of cultivation techniques from the Black Demon Clan. As they prepare to cultivate in the dense demonic energy, Yan Luo smiles, marking a rare moment of warmth between them.
