Summary

Yang Mei Ji, an Alchemist, is surprised by the herbs selected by Bu Fang for a medicinal soup. Bu Fang instructs her on how to prepare it while he retrieves a ceramic jar containing stinky tofu, known for its terrible smell but delicious taste. As he adds the stinky tofu to the soup, Yang Mei Ji is bewildered by the overwhelming stench. Meanwhile, in Thaotie Valley, an elder informs Wen Ren Chou that he is no longer his disciple after losing a culinary duel. The elder offers him a chance to break his oath by venturing into the dangerous path of Thaotie. In the Qianlong Royal Court, leaders discuss the recent losses and plan for the upcoming Feast of Immortals, emphasizing the need to maintain their strength against rival factions.
