Summary

He orders Shangguan's arrest, fearing the consequences of military action amidst looming threats. Despite his power, Xia Huang grapples with fate and the burdens of leadership, ultimately feeling trapped and unwilling to be the sinner of Great Xia. The next day, he refrains from issuing a military decree, seeking guidance from his teacher, Tai Shi Gong, who assures him of support in times of crisis.
