Summary

The chapter describes a fierce battle between the four great guards and skilled warriors from a training camp. The guards initially charge forward but are met with strong resistance, leading to a stalemate. As the imperial army reinforces the guards, they realize they must break through quickly to survive. The Xiahou master joins the fight, boosting the morale of the training camp warriors, and engages the Tiger and Leopard Guards in intense combat. Despite their efforts, the guards decide to escape rather than face defeat. The Xiahou master, however, manages to defeat the Wolf and Insect Guards, leading to the capture of the envoy of Yi Di and the lord of the Ji clan. Following the battle, Taibao commands a citywide lockdown, leading to the election of a new ruler after the Ying clan's defeat. The Ying tribe is annihilated and renamed the Wei tribe, with remaining loyalists exiled. Taibao rewards the soldiers for their efforts and prepares to escort the captured envoy back.
