Summary

Li Hang Zai helps Qi Ji Guang after a confrontation, expressing surprise at his willingness to ally despite his lack of resources. Qi Ji Guang, ambitious and skilled, shares his background and suggests gathering heroes from refugees to strengthen their forces. Li Hang Zai, impressed, appoints him as Grand Marshal.
