Summary

Miao Yi, intrigued by a mysterious zither melody in the mist, insists on exploring further, believing it signals a safe zone for finding celestial herbs. However, his companion, Yan Bei Hong, feels mistrust and perceives Miao Yi's intentions as deceitful, leading him to abandon Miao Yi with supplies. Alone, Miao Yi decides to follow the melody, which seems to elude him despite his efforts. He discovers an ancient zither on a mountain peak, played by a strikingly handsome scholar whose music serves as a barrier against intruders. As Miao Yi approaches, he is unknowingly drawn into a perilous path surrounded by menacing mantises.
