Summary

In a desolate area, an old man in a black robe confronts Chu Feng and Dandan, revealing his ability to see through Chu Feng's true cultivation level despite his use of thunder and lightning to elevate it. The old man, likely a Golden Robe Spirit Master, demonstrates immense power by easily neutralizing Dandan's black energy with golden light. As he attempts to search Chu Feng's body for something special, he is taken aback by what he finds and decides to spare Chu Feng's life. After the old man vanishes, Chu Feng and Dandan discover a colossal, weapon-like giant bird that has lost its breath, indicating it was killed by the black-robed man to absorb its source. Other characters arrive, astonished by the giant bird, and Chu Feng chooses to downplay his involvement in the extinguishing of the flames that surrounded it.
