Summary

Chu Feng, feeling an intense desire to continue despite the dangers of the sea of flames, is shielded by Zi Ling, who uses her purple flames to protect him but suffers as a result. Jiang Heng Yuan advises her to conserve her strength, and Dandan, a powerful spirit, steps in to assist Chu Feng. As they venture deeper, the flames become increasingly ferocious, causing others to retreat while Chu Feng, under Dandan's protection, presses on effortlessly. However, Jiang Heng Yuan eventually succumbs to the flames and warns Chu Feng to return if it becomes too dangerous. Undeterred, Chu Feng follows Dandan until they reach the depths, where the flames attack and sever his spiritual power, leaving him disoriented. Suddenly, he hears footsteps and sees a terrifying old man in a black robe, exuding a potent killing intent that instills fear in Chu Feng.
