Summary

Xie Xie is frustrated after losing to Tang Wu Lin again, feeling that there must be a hidden secret behind Tang's abilities. Tang Wu Lin reveals that the golden light emanating from him is related to his spirit, but he himself is confused about its source. After a confrontation, Xie Xie is left with swollen cheeks, and Tang Wu Lin carries him back to the dormitory. At dinner, Tang Wu Lin enjoys a hearty meal, reflecting on his financial goals to buy a Soul Spirit. Back in the dorm, he contemplates his mysterious powers, particularly the golden scales that appeared during his fight with Xie Xie. Despite trying to summon them again, he fails to do so and decides to meditate. The next morning, Xie Xie appears to have recovered, though he still looks unwell.
