Summary

In this chapter, Xie Xie uses the Radiant Dragon Dagger to confront Tang Wu Lin, intending to teach him a lesson without causing serious harm. Despite Xie Xie's restraint, the dagger only penetrates an inch into Tang Wu Lin's resilient shoulder, causing significant pain. As Xie Xie twists the dagger, he demands Tang Wu Lin's surrender, but Tang Wu Lin refuses, igniting a surge of power within him. Unexpectedly, the dagger emits a dragon's roar, and golden light begins to flow from the wound, forcing the dagger out. Tang Wu Lin unleashes a powerful punch, sending Xie Xie crashing into a tree. Afterward, Tang Wu Lin discovers that his arm has transformed, covered in golden scales and radiating power. However, this transformation fades quickly, leaving him exhausted. Xie Xie regains consciousness to find himself being carried by Tang Wu Lin, who is nursing his own wounds. Reflecting on the earlier events, Xie Xie realizes he has ended up worse off despite his intentions.
