Summary

Li Yan Qing's sister, Hu Qing Er, arrives at Bao Yan Zhai in a disheveled state after narrowly escaping the Liangshan army. She seeks refuge with her brother, having endured great hardship following her father's murder by Song Jiang. After reuniting with an old friend, Qiao Que, Hu Qing Er cleans up and shares her tragic story. Qiao Que assures her that Li Yan Qing will help her take revenge. They retrieve Hu Qing Er's weapon before heading to Li Yan Qing's residence. There, Hu Qing Er meets Si Si, Li Yan Qing's concubine, who expresses warmth and kindness towards her. When Li Yan Qing returns home, he learns of their father's death at the hands of Song Jiang, igniting a vow for revenge against the villain.
