Summary
In a royal setting, Bai Wu Qiu is stirred by newly delivered royal ornaments, leading him to sign his name for the title of Zhu Hou Wang. As he prepares for a ceremonial event, he endures a fasting diet, much to the dismay of his Uncle Ren San. On the auspicious day, after a long, hunger-filled ceremony, Bai Wu Qiu faints at a banquet where he is ignored. His father, Gui Bu Gui, offers him food, and despite the formal atmosphere, Bai Wu Qiu gluttonously eats, disregarding the emperor's attempts to maintain decorum. The emperor, Liu Xuan, is both amused and irritated by Bai Wu Qiu's antics, reflecting the complexities of royal expectations and familial bonds.Full content
