Summary

Zhu Hao Miao tends to a campfire while Liu Heng, initially tense, relaxes upon realizing Zhu is not a demon. Brawny men arrive, shocked by a corpse, and Liu Heng respectfully inquires about it. Zhu explains the corpses are skin-wrapped demons that prey on travelers. Liu Heng observes Zhu's noble demeanor and attire, recognizing him as a wealthy descendant. Zhu notices Liu's flickering blood bar, indicating greed, and realizes his abilities can trigger Original Sin in others. Liu Heng warns Zhu to be cautious with his wealth, and Zhu appreciates the advice, sensing Liu's rationality.
