Summary

Su Hun awakens in pain after a severe injury, realizing he is in the Witch Evil Palace. An elder informs him that his near-death experience was merely a test ordered by the Empress, not an attempt on his life. Su Hun is relieved to learn that his sword and Sacred Beast Soul Wings will be returned once he recovers. As he heals, he is impressed by the palace's care and grandeur. He expresses a desire to meet the Empress but is told to focus on his recovery. Preferring a maid's care over a man's, he requests a change, which the elder agrees to arrange.
