Summary

In this story, the narrator, a criminal investigation student, encounters Li Shan Shan at an internet café during an intense confrontation with her ex-boyfriend. When the ex attempts to forcibly remove her, Li Shan Shan unexpectedly declares the narrator as her new boyfriend and kisses him passionately. After her ex leaves, she breaks down crying and falls asleep on the narrator's shoulder. The next morning, she thanks him and casually asks him to take her out for breakfast, leaving the narrator surprised and somewhat bewildered by the sudden turn of events.
