Summary

A group realizes they missed a chance to confront Shaman Ruan, who has sinister powers. Ning Qiushui reveals that the temple festival has already begun, contrary to their belief that it starts in four days. He explains that they have been misled and that the village has been sacrificing people. As they reflect on recent deaths, the chilling truth dawns on them: they are the offerings. Bai Xiaoxiao advises everyone to stay cautious and check their rooms for any wooden plaques with 'Ruan' on them. The atmosphere grows tense as they prepare for the dangers ahead, and the next day, they discover Bai Xiaoxiao is missing.
