Summary

In a village haunted by past atrocities, three individuals grapple with the horrifying reality of survival at any cost, including murder for food. They reflect on the gruesome history of the villagers who, during a famine, resorted to unspeakable acts, leading to the birth of vengeful spirits. As they share a tense dinner, one member, Luo Yan, exhibits an eerie demeanor reminiscent of a previous encounter with a Shaman Woman. With only days left to escape, the group confronts their fears and doubts, realizing they must confront the village's dark past, including the Shaman Woman, to find a way out before the impending temple festival.
