Summary

In the city of Da Jun, Commander Wang Ji arrives at the locked palace of the Goyu Tribe, where soldiers attempt to breach the gates but face resistance from hidden archers. After overcoming the defenses, they find only elderly servants inside. The servants reveal that a secret passage exists, rumored to be in the leader's chamber. Wang Ji orders a search, and the passage is discovered beneath the leader's bed. He establishes a temporary command in the palace and organizes his troops according to directives from the Celestial Empire, ensuring order and preparing for the arrival of officials to elect a new leader. Meanwhile, Nan Yue, sent to assist Wang Ji, is ambushed while traveling, prompting Wang Ji to dispatch a squad for his rescue and report the situation to the Celestial Empire.
