Summary

In a chaotic scene, Pang Jun is nearly dragged into a well by a mysterious force represented by "black hair." Wang Zi Kai saves him, but both are violently tossed around, causing destruction. Qing Ling attempts to help but becomes ensnared. As they struggle, the group forms a grotesque figure at the well's edge, ultimately falling into darkness. Upon awakening, Gao Yang and Qing Ling find themselves in Gu Family Village, where they learn of a recent tragedy involving dismembered bodies. The village seems altered, hinting at a deeper mystery.
