Summary

Ning Qiushui experiences a chilling encounter in a malfunctioning elevator at Spring Hope Asylum, where he notices the 5th-floor button lighting up despite being alone. Confronted by eerie shadows and a blood-red vision through a coin, he feels trapped as the elevator doors refuse to close. He contacts Qi Runzhi for help, only to discover that the elevator he’s in is still on the first floor. As the shadows draw closer, he learns about patient 614, Zhao Er, who may hold the key to understanding the supernatural events. Meanwhile, Qi Runzhi encounters Zhao Er, who ominously expresses interest in Ning Qiushui's plight. The tension escalates as they navigate the unknown dangers lurking in the asylum.
