Summary

At a dining table, Dong Yi agrees to teach his disciple, Qin Shan Lan, about cultivation. After their meal, they head to her residence where Dong Yi explains the importance of blood energy in cultivation. As Qin Shan Lan prepares to learn, a man from the Lu family arrives, showing disdain for Dong Yi. He attempts to enter Qin Shan Lan's bedroom but is stopped by Dong Yi, leading to a confrontation. The man, underestimating Dong Yi, attacks but is swiftly overpowered. Dong Yi warns him about the consequences of his actions and ultimately decides to let him go, instructing him to inform the Lu family that he is breaking off Qin Shan Lan's engagement. The man leaves, bewildered by the encounter and the unexpected challenge posed by Dong Yi.
