Summary

Nie Li senses Yu Yan Nü Shen's struggle and assists her against a spirit named Kong Yan, who attempts to take over her body. Despite Yu Yan's weakened soul, she fights back with Nie Li's help. As Kong Yan gains the upper hand, Yu Yan recalls her human emotions, igniting a golden flame that ultimately destroys Kong Yan. Afterward, Yu Yan awakens, feeling different but relieved. Meanwhile, Nie Li cultivates and reaches a new level of power. They later find themselves in a beautiful courtyard in the Ninefold Dead Zone, where they encounter powerful individuals, hinting at the presence of the Underworld's ruler.
