Summary

Nie Li and Yu Yan Nü Shen ascend to the sixth floor of the Black Flame Tower after the Golden Egg absorbs the black flames on the fifth floor. Upon entering the vast sixth floor, they sense an illusion and hidden powerful auras. Nie Li begins cultivating to reach a state of no self while Yu Yan Nü Shen stands guard. During his cultivation, Nie Li encounters a hostile soul named Kong Yan attempting to seize control of his body. A fierce battle ensues between Nie Li's soul power and Kong Yan's, with Nie Li using his two demon spirits for defense. As the struggle intensifies, Nie Li summons a mysterious vine from his soul to attack Kong Yan, ultimately forcing the spirit to flee.
