Summary

Li Wei had been cultivating in the Golden Tower for three years and was familiar with every part of it. However, he noticed something was off, and upon closer inspection, he found a large concave section in the tower wall. The wall was supposed to be extremely hard, having been metalized by the Golden Wind over a thousand years. Li Wei suspected a ferocious beast had crashed into the tower, causing the damage. He found large footprints around the area and decided to inform the school administration to warn the students about the beast. Meanwhile, at the Military Arts Arena, Ai Hui was enjoying a bowl of soup made by Lou Lan, a skilled sand puppet. The soup was incredibly delicious, and Ai Hui couldn't stop drinking it. After finishing, he felt a surge of heat and began to cultivate to dissolve the medicinal effects. Lou Lan reminded him to cultivate, and Ai Hui started punching and kicking, using moves he had taught Lou Lan before. Lou Lan watched Ai Hui and felt a pang of envy, as he was a sand puppet who didn't know how to fight. He was happy to help Ai Hui and thought they should be considered friends. Ai Hui felt a fire burning within him during his cultivation, and the moves that previously consumed a lot of energy now seemed less strenuous. After stopping, Ai Hui felt invigorated and checked his body to find that his internal injuries had disappeared. Ai Hui was overjoyed and thanked Lou Lan for his help. He also discovered that his elemental energy had increased significantly. Lou Lan smiled, feeling happy that he could assist Ai Hui. Ai Hui asked if they were friends, and Lou Lan replied that he had never had any friends before, only work relationships.
