Summary

Xin Ke warns Mei Lun about Young Master Johnny, who tries to buy their entry qualifications for the Mystic Realm. After Johnny leaves, Xin Ke explains that he holds grudges and that they will likely be adversaries in the Mystic Realm due to competition for a super-spec treasure. As they prepare to enter, a Sage Mentor explains the rules, including the use of a Teleportation Mark for emergencies. Upon entering, Mei Lun finds himself on a small island and encounters hostile Murlocs, whom he easily defeats using his mental powers. He collects valuable Water Orchids and considers gathering more information from the natives. Mei Lun then summons his mechanical dog, Garu, who transforms into a yacht. They set out to explore the ocean, collecting resources while searching for the larger island mentioned by the Murlocs. During their journey, they discover a mining operation run by the Na Jia, an intelligent ocean race. Zha Gu Meng, a Na Jia guard, senses danger as mechanical beings attack. He and his team are overwhelmed, and Zha Gu Meng is captured, waking up in a cage with other Na Jia, realizing their dire situation.
