Summary

A loud noise from below is followed by a swarm of swallows, identified as the "Red-beaked Red-feathered Swallow," which Hong Chuan captures using a magical net. Hong Chuan explains he seeks the red feathers to craft a gift for a senior in his sect. As he catches swallows, he only selects perfect feathers, slowing his progress. After some time, he gathers ninety-eight feathers but needs one more. As he attempts to catch the last group of swallows, he loses his balance and begins to fall off a cliff. Lu Chen saves him just in time, halting his descent.
