Summary

Qing Ji confronts Shi, the weeping stone, in Chenggu Mountain as she seeks to expand her territory despite not having reached level seven. Shi, angered by her arrogance, challenges her, but Qing Ji quickly defeats him in a brief battle. Meanwhile, Yan Yan Luo, who had fled from Shi, unwittingly enters the dangerous Red Leaf Absolute Forest, where she encounters Hong Ye, the forest's master. Hong Ye, a beautiful yet dangerous youkai, captures Yan Yan Luo, but Qing Ji intervenes, asserting her claim over Yan Yan Luo. The two former friends, Qing Ji and Hong Ye, share a complicated history, leading to a tense standoff. After a fierce battle, Qing Ji proposes cooperation to Hong Ye, who reluctantly agrees. Together, they conquer several mountains, establishing a formidable monster force, while Nagayama Yuuzuru, observing from Kamo Mioya Shrine, realizes his plans have been thwarted.
