Summary

Hao Qi, surprised by his quick rise in the Mo Bie Mo Bie society, reflects on the closed nature of the community and his quasi-internal energy level, which allows him to blend in without drawing too much attention. He is aware of the political turmoil following the previous emperor's death and the new emperor's ambitions. His main goals are to locate Zhang Heng and find Lan Ling Er amidst the chaos of a revolutionary army attack.
