Summary

Pan Jie instructs Mo Wuji to report to the Shaman soldiers while he takes care of Han Qing Ru, who is no longer the innocent youth she once was. Mo Wuji contemplates killing Pan Jie but hesitates as Pan Wu defends him. Zhou Shang, the Shaman Lord, reveals the importance of Han Qing Ru to the Pan family's legacy, leading to tension among the characters. Mo Wuji learns about the fate of cultivators from the Broken Realm, who have suffered at the hands of the Shaman City. In a display of power, Mo Wuji eliminates Shaman soldiers and spares Pan Jie for Pan Wu's sake, but curses Pan Jie’s cultivation. He then punishes Zhou Shang, burning him alive and destroying the Shaman Lord's palace, creating a grave for Huan Lu Er. After setting protective formations around the grave, Mo Wuji and Han Qing Ru leave through a void rift. Pan Jie rallies the remaining soldiers to rescue Zhou Shang, but they are met with destruction, leaving Pan Wu in regret as she departs.
