Summary

A Lu is captivated by the aroma of drunken ribs in front of the Big Black Dog, feeling his chicken leg is bland in comparison. The dog, sensing A Lu's longing gaze, protects its meal. Awei, A Lu's brother, questions Bu Fang, the chef, about the ribs, doubting his abilities. A Lu, eager for the ribs, offers chicken legs in exchange. They enter Bu Fang's shop, where Awei is shocked by the high prices. Despite A Lu's cravings, Awei insists on ordering fried rice instead of the expensive ribs. The brothers settle in, with A Lu disappointed at not being able to indulge in meat, while Bu Fang prepares their order.
