Summary

Zhang Heng, after years of avoiding his hometown, finally returns with his friend Hao Qi. Despite his reluctance, they travel to Bai Shan Village, which remains unchanged and backward compared to the modern world. As they walk through the village, Hao Qi discusses the economic struggles of the area, revealing his own difficult past as an orphan who practiced martial arts while studying. Zhang Heng learns about Hao Qi's impressive achievements despite his hardships.
