Summary

In a dark night, a massive beast called the Gorefiend emerges, terrifying Nie Li and his companions. The Gorefiend uses its long, resilient tongues to ensnare and devour the Crimson Ghosts. Xiao Xue is caught, prompting Lu Piao and Nie Li to rush to her aid. After a fierce struggle, they manage to save her, but the Gorefiend retaliates with more tongues. Nie Li and Xiao Ning Er fight back using their combined powers, but Xiao Ning Er is also captured. Nie Li risks everything to save her, unleashing a powerful double energy blast that injures the Gorefiend. As they escape, Nie Li draws upon remnants of the Book of Space and Time Spirits, channeling its power to strike the Soul Lantern Beast, severely wounding it. The situation grows dire as they face overwhelming odds, but Nie Li's determination shines through.
