Summary

Xiao Xue and Xiao Ning Er bond over conversation while Nie Li focuses on deciphering an ancient formation surrounded by sixteen dome-shaped towers with intricate inscriptions. Nie Li recalls his past life experience with Lord Ye Mo, which aids him in activating the inscriptions. As he successfully lights up several inscriptions, a barrier begins to weaken, allowing Nie Li and his companions to enter a mysterious world filled with ancient ruins and a dilapidated formation. They encounter Chi Gui, dangerous creatures that chase them, prompting Nie Li to fight them off while urging his friends to keep running. Despite being outnumbered, Nie Li's skills allow him to fend off the Chi Gui effectively. As they flee, they spot a flickering light in the distance, which Nie Li identifies as a trap set by the Dark Lantern Behemoth. Realizing the danger of being caught by the Chi Gui, Nie Li devises a plan to run towards the light, believing it may provide a means of escape.
